The purchase of any products/services implies full and unconditional acceptance of all the General Terms and Conditions outlined herein, without prejudice to the acceptance of any Specific Terms and Conditions that may apply to certain products/services.

Likewise, RECOVERY NESTCARE S.L. reserves the right to remove or discontinue, at any time and without prior notice, any of the offered products/services.

4. AVAILABILITY AND SUBSTITUTIONS

If a product/service is unavailable, RECOVERY NESTCARE S.L. will inform the customer accordingly.

If a reservation cannot be fulfilled in whole or in part due to unavailability, the prepaid amount will be refunded using the same payment method.

7. PRICES, FEES, AND TAXES

Final prices, including taxes and any applicable management fees, are displayed alongside each product/service on the website.

10. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

As per regulations, consumers and users have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without stating a reason and without incurring any costs, except as provided under Articles 107.2 and 108 of RD1/2007.

However, this right does not apply to:

Accommodation services (unless used as a residence), transport, vehicle rental, catering, or leisure-related services if they specify a particular execution date or period.
Services that have already been executed or started.

If applicable, RECOVERY NESTCARE S.L. will refund the amount paid within 14 calendar days using the same payment method.

To withdraw, customers must fill out the Withdrawal Form (available in this document) and send it via email to info@recoverynestcare.es.
