Legitimation: Consent of the interested party.
Recipients: The data will not be transferred to third parties except in cases where there is a legal obligation. In any case, the data you provide us is located on servers whose headquarters are located within the territory of the EU. In the case of not belonging to the EU, prior information is provided and is only carried out with the express consent of the user or through standard contractual clauses for the transfer of personal data between data controllers to a third country, or by adhering to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF). Due to the use of Google Fonts, it is possible that some of your data (such as the IP) may be processed for the purpose of providing the appropriate service.

Information to take into account

During your stay, you will have a telephone number exclusively for hospitalized clients 24/7. In this way we can offer you a direct channel of communication with our team.

Payment of amounts can be made:

  • By credit card. By accessing through our website, you will have access to a secure payment platform managed by Sabadell Bank.
  • By bank transfer: We require that you indicate your name and surname when making the reservation.

*A pre-reservation will be deemed cancelled if we have not received the amount required for the payment in our system within 48 hours. No communication is required. We take into account effective dates in our system. In the case of bank transfers, we will consider the date of receipt of the amounts in our account as the reference date. You can only make a reservation if you are over 18 years old.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation of reservations or change of dates.

• The RECOVERY NESTCARE management system will inform you of the specific cancellation and payment conditions that apply to each reservation.
• To cancel a reservation, communication by email will be required and the date of this will be taken as a reference. Cancellations by telephone will not be accepted.
• Any change in surgery dates is equivalent to a cancellation. You must consider that the hospital needs to manage hospital beds and therefore, they must be considered as such.
• If the cancellation is made up to one week (7 days) before your arrival, the total amount of your reservation will be refunded.
• If the cancellation is made due to illness duly justified with a medical report, you may make a change of dates up to 48 hours before, whose new reservation (rescheduling of surgery) must be made within the following 6 months.
• If the cancellation is made after 48 hours before your arrival, the total amount of your reservation will be charged: Non-refundable charge.

HOSPITAL ADMISSION AT THE “RECOVERY HOUSE” CENTRE

Our collaborating health centres for convalescence and post-operative follow-up have been chosen based on their location, training of their medical and nursing specialists, experience in convalescence, valid health authorisation and quality certification of their processes.

Upon admission you must provide:
• Medical reports regarding the surgical procedure.
• Post-operative guidelines and recommendations.
• Pharmacological treatment.
• Regular medication independent of your process.
• Information about allergies and intolerances.
• Information about possible previous pathologies that may influence your recovery process.

Hours of entry and exit from the hospital.

  • We guarantee check-in transfers between Check-in transfers between 8:30 AM to 7:30 PM. Entry and exit are not permitted outside of this schedule. If your needs are different, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate them.
  • Transfers to enter the day of surgery if there is pre-admission and after discharge from the operation are included
  • Departures on the day of discharge from the hospital must be made before 2:00 p.m. After that time, an additional night will be considered.
  • You must contact us if you need to extend the contracted stay to check the availability of the recovery hospital center.
